Electronic Scale Precautions
After calibration and approval for use, the electronic platform scale should adhere to the following precautions during operation:
1: Pay attention to the scale's maximum and minimum weighing capacity, use it reasonably, and do not exceed the maximum capacity to prevent damage.
2: Try to use the middle part of the weighing platform for measurement. Avoid impact or striking.
3: When reading, note that the values of the scale and the additional weight should be added together; the values of the main and auxiliary scales should be summed.
4: Observe the balance of the empty scale.
5: After weighing, close the indicator gate valve, place the object to be weighed properly, and then open the gate valve to prevent the scale from deforming due to up-and-down impacts.
6: The scale should be kept on a level ground surface, with all four wheels firmly touching the ground without any suspension or instability. If found, timely padding should be applied.

Electronic Scale Maintenance
1. Maintenance and management should be handled by designated personnel.
2. Do not oil the scale's components, especially the knife edges, knife bearings, hanging rings, etc. Keep them clean and dry at all times.
3. Do not disassemble the main and auxiliary sliding weights arbitrarily, and do not alter their weight privately.
4. After weighing, close the indicator gate properly.
5. When the scale is not in use, do not place heavy objects on the weighing platform.
6. After weighing corrosive items, clean any residual substances thoroughly.
7. Pay attention to the scale's calibration date and send it to the metrology department for verification within the specified time.
8. The calibration cycle of the scale should not exceed one year, as stipulated by the verification regulations.
